Chi tratta i dati insieme a noi
MailerLite gestisce la lista e invia i messaggi, come responsabile del trattamento. Carrd ospita il sito. Cloudflare gestisce il dominio e la distribuzione delle pagine. Google fornisce i caratteri tipografici tramite Google Fonts: nel caricarli, il tuo indirizzo IP raggiunge i server di Google.
Nessuno di loro usa i tuoi dati per scopi propri. Il tuo indirizzo non viene venduto né ceduto a nessuno.
Per quanto tempo
Finché resti iscritta o iscritto. Se ti cancelli, l'indirizzo viene rimosso dalla lista.
Cosa resta sul tuo dispositivo
Solo la lingua che hai scelto, per ritrovarla alla visita successiva. È un dato tecnico, resta nel tuo browser e non arriva a noi. Non usiamo cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica.

What we collect
Only what you type into the sign-up form: your email address and, if you fill it in, your name. Nothing else.
Why
To tell you when a new book comes out. No regular newsletter, no third-party advertising, no profiling.
Legal basis
Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you sign up and confirm it from the message you receive. You can withdraw it at any time, from the link in every email or by writing to us.
Who else handles the data
MailerLite runs the list and sends the messages, as our data processor. Carrd hosts this site. Cloudflare handles the domain and page delivery. Google serves the typefaces through Google Fonts: loading them sends your IP address to Google's servers.
None of them use your data for their own purposes. Your address is never sold or passed on.
How long
For as long as you stay on the list. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed.
What stays on your device
Only the language you chose, so it is there on your next visit. It is technical, it stays in your browser and never reaches us. We use no profiling cookies and no analytics.
Your rights
You may ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, or object to processing. Write to [email protected]. If you believe something is wrong, you may contact the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
The Amazon links
Clicking a book takes you off this site and onto Amazon, which applies its own data rules. What happens there is outside our control.
